Downloaded Torrents!?

I downloaded the corpse bride but it has been saved as a folder, named "corpse bride" with loads of files inside the folder, How do i watch this, or make it into a file i can watch

Any help would be muchly appriciated!

Can you tell me what these "loads of files" are? I suspect they are .rar files, in which case you will have to extract the movie from from one of the files.
