no cue file

I recently downoaded a flick via bittorrent and usually i extract a bin and a cue file and then burn it and bust it with iso buster, with this movie, however, there is only a bin that seems to be an mpg already. But when i try to play it it get all of that green pixelation in some players and in other players i just get an error message that says "class not registered". When i play the sample that came with the file it plays good. Does anyone know if its just a corrupt file or if im am doing something wrong? thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

what codecs is being used? and what codecs was it created with?

Thanks for your reply.Well, I could not open it with g-spot because its not an avi file. It looks like its vcd format where I had to extract the data using iso buster. As for the codec, Im not sure how to find out which it is. Do you know how I could find out?

winiso will open a bin file and also extract it

You can create a Cye file with MakeCue , it's simple it's samll and it's easy to use.
