ctrl alt delete not working...

For users with problems installing or burning programs. Includes but not limited to EXE, ZIP, RAR, ISO, NRG,IMG and BIN/CUE files.

ctrl alt delete not working...

control alt delete doesnt do anything anymore and i need to be able to acess the task manager
running XP SP2 Media Center Edition

tried accessing it through taskmgr in run and got a pop up saying "Another Program is currently using this file

does your task manager still have a processes tab?
