Couldn`t listen - unable to forward port via UPnP

Hi there, hope that somone can help me
I am using bittornado and my dl. is ok - downloading 3 files, had to restart my com, and now I get this :
Couldn`t listen - unable to forward port via UPnP
on 1 off the files I am trying to resume why is that ?
the other 2 files I`m downloadig is working fine !
