Copy files!!!

Hey, folks! Maybe there is somebody who can help me here? I downloaded a BitTorent I have a problem copying them on to the CD-ROM to burn them on to the CD! It gives me a massage: "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this folder. What do you want Windows to do?" Can somebody help me, how to get around this problem?
