T1 Connection unable to download without timing out

I have a T1 connection at work and for the last 2 weeks I can't seem to get anything to download without timing out. Can anyone help me? Suggestions please.

Best place to start would be with your network administrator... most Company LANs have p2p restricted or blocked.. :hattip

Thank you. Our Systems Guru is having the same issue. We both are MinMX junkies and can't figure where the problem lies. Our carrier is AT&T. Is there something I need to look in the settings?
