I am sorry to say that once again I am starting all over after a crash and cannot get connected. I have XP Pro SP2 and have tried the exception and turning off the firewall but nothing helps me to connect.
I have installed 3.53. the patch updater and PG Lite.
Please help. Thank you.

go to portforward.com
if u have just recovered from a crash im going to assume that there is no additional oem trial software like norton ect that could be stopping you if this was from a recovery cd that came with your pc let me kno but portforward has instructions on how to forward ports for many many router and modem models if your model is not listed there please leave the model number of all modems and routers connected and i will be glad to assist you
