complete CD listed as a single file - tracks are not separat

I've downloaded complete CD's , mostly from Japanese users, but there is no separation between tracks. When you play back the file you cannot skip tracks...You must listen all the way through. When you burn it onto a CD you have the same problem. How do I solve this?

You can separate the tracks using an mp3 splitter. My favorite app is Cool mp3 splitter:

I haven't used it in quite a while, but I seem to remember that Cool will also split ALBW files. But in case I'm mistaken, you can use this:
