CLS - what is it?

I was browsing through suprnova when I noticed that some games have the letters CLS after the game name.

What is CLS? A type of archive? Can I mount it on a virtual drive with alchol -- is it worth downloading?

another thing:

-- the files are all kind of small (less than 200MB) -- not typical game size
-- most of these files are uploaded by someone named matrlx
-- all files uploaded by him have a link to snesheaven.org (an snes rom site!?)
