Is it a cheat?

When I try to Dl from certain people they come up busy then unavailable
But I am able to browse just not que or DL
Wondering if it is a cheat to prevent people from DLing from them

Nope no cheat... if you got files shared you shouldent have a problem, they could be usin a file watch, such as mxmon.......

but even if it says unavalable... you can still view there files.. it could just be a old file that dont exsist anymore... i had that problem a while back...

Usually the "Busy" and "Unavailable" indicate he is running a monitor with queue limit set & if you try to enter his queue when it is full you get a busy signal...keep retrying..sometimes you get lucky & hit it just right
