help! please,I got a lifetime membership for the low price of 34.95,but I cant get on,if some1 can help,please help the techno-not. I'm running vista,Norton's firewall,(which i don't know how to turn off,or make accept the tcp connection)if you can help? would you please contact me on my yahoo messenger, screen name "mrmikewolfy"i promise not to save the name and bother you! OK got rid of the Norton's,mapped the ports in windows firewall,and turned it off,both to no avail.still flashing yellow?followed instructions to the help room Vladd44 Help Room_389C0779411C
can't get in there either,any ideals?

i know that now,lol kinda lets u know what ur dealing with,r u up 4 the task?Ok found info on vladd sight,i uninstalled winmx,installed pie auto updater like it said,then downloaded winmx again,let it do it's thing,still no winmx and can't get to the help room!at a loss but i was there when i started
