Blargh, poor downloads, high uploads

Yes, you have most likely heard this before, but...

My download speed will only go about half as high as my upload speed. Always. It doesnt seem to matter how many people are on and what theyre uploading/downloading, Ive seen 80+ peers and gotten ~20kbs download and a 60kbs upload.
Ive tried a few tricks, playing with the router settings to get things just right, messing with firewall settings, and some other stuff, but even so, Im LUCKY to get +20kbs, while my upload speed seems to have an upper limit of around 80kbs.

Looking at my peer list, I only see one leecher, out of the other 80 or so. I do notice that many have 0 kbs upload, 0kbs download though. which seems kinda odd.

It is a bandwidth thing decided by yr isp ... rest ez .. there isn't much u can do about it Unless u wanna change yr isp

B4 the world cup season, my uploads were just like yrs. uploads' speeds were way better than downloads' speeds. And took up more bandwidth too.

Blah, im stuck with this? But...but...I want these 100kbs downloads I hear people going on about.

Ah well. A day our twelve hours, I suppose it doesnt make all that much difference.
