bittorrent programmes help

hi I'm after a bit of help i have downloaded a programme from bitcomet and have saved it to my desktop but when i come to open it it will not open just goes straight to real player could you tell me what i need to do to open this file . i have also got a winrar file but i dont know if i am doing the right thing this is all relitivly new to me please help

And as far as real opening it, what kind of file is it?
