you can dl a program called wavelab that will do what you want. (its on winmx)but you may spend a long time in queue. audio apps. are bigger files and not as many people have them.why not dl the song you want again a the correct bitrate? hope this helps

dont reencode mp3s, its a waste of time, and it wont improve quality, it will only degrade it.

redhead... what do you mean by an "incorrect bitrate." There's no such thing. There's VBR, and there's freeform encoding, and then there are bitrates which people don't use often, like 112kbps. But I've never heard of an "incorrect bitrate" in MP3.
