Azureus help

Postby merekm on Tue Jun 07, 2005 7:21 am

I'm having a problem with Azureus. I can't tell if anything is being transfered. The individual torrents show 0 B/s, while at the bottom of the screen, it shows upload and download transfers of 600 B/s.

Transfers never finish. I have ports 6881-6999 forwarded on my linksys router and norton firewall has been turned off as well as left on. My ISP is Cox Cable.

Can anyone help?

Jewish Kid: Is anyone else having problems concentrating on this? I just can't seem to concentrate.
Cartman: Maybe we should send you to a concentration camp.

I guess it's the same thing that happened to WinMx before, Cox must be dropping the connection somehow. Unfortunately, I don't have another high speed alternative, no DSL in my neighborhood. Cox doesn't admit to doing anything other than security protection of their network. I guess I'll try other clients and protocols to see if any work. I know Limewire still works (or it did yesterday).

Thanks.

The bottom of the Azureus screen shows your total transfer speed in Azureus and this includes the Protocol Transfer.
