rm 2 avi help

well guys,
i d/led the rm converter from ur site www.rita.lt gr8 site i must say!!!!
well in that u can convert with 2 decoders namely boilsoft's decoder and real media plugin.the conversion with boilsoft's decoder,the audio isn't in sync. with video.so could ua tell me a way 2 fix it or could u give me a link 2 d/l the real media plugin
