how about more info than blah blah blah.

I dont know what kind of file it is supposed to be, where you got it. Are you sure it has finished downloading?

The .torrent file isn't an actual movie, its just a small file containing data that pertains to the actual films location (tracker) and other info about the file. As for the error you are getting, try changing the incoming folder on your client from temp. internet files to a folder on the root drive.
The only time I've seen this error was a long time ago when I was a BT noob and clicked on a .torrent file without having a client installed.

http://www.vladd44.com/torrent/clients.php <--- to select a client.

http://www.vladd44.com/torrent/ <----- getting started with bittorrent.

Also, there are times that IE screws up the way it handles torrent files in the temporary folder.....

If you already have a client installed, try saving the torrent to the hard drive, and opening it from there rather than opening it remotely.
