Anyone have SDP? Having trouble with d-loading stream files

Anyone have streaming dowload project for windows media player? I can get the URL ready to connect and then I hit go and it says:

TTCP socket connect failed: 10061

What do I do?

I'm getting this same error. Has anyone solved this?

Some mms streams can't be fetched over the regular mms port which is port 1755.
If you get this error message, you can try to go to the Setup menu and click on Setup options. Then
click the Protocol tab. If the TCP port 1755 protocol is selected, try HTTP port 80 instead and see if that works better.
