For those of you that are aware of the Capitol Records v. Debbie Foster case, this is an extremely interesting read. Having continued their tactic (Riaa) of dragging innocent folks through the court, based on the idea that sooner or later the accused will run out of money to defend themselves and be forced to settle, the Riaa managed to drag this innocent though the mill with no actual evidence until finally dropping the case. Below is a link to the amicus curiae brief in support of the motion for attorneys fees that has been made by Deborah Foster against the record companies, i hope she screws em for every penny. Its a good read though, if you have 10mins spare.
